One of the plans I had for spring before I got pregnant was to have an exhibition of my photographs. It is one of those things I promised myself to do before I turn 35 years old so why not start it now? But since I became pregnant, I felt that the exhibition should be postponed - but like the law of attraction very often works for me - I was contacted the other week about the inspiring possibility to show eleven chosen photographies of mine at a vernissage in a concept store at the end of April and have them there for three month. I really couldn't resist the offer though I know that it takes a lot of work to make something like that brilliant, but it surely is very tempting to say "yes". Quite some work is needed for such an opening to happen, time for example and some money also to print them professionally, frame them and get some help with editing them correctly - but in the same way it is a tremendous opportunity and a step in the direction I already work in and how I plan to work with my photos and other creative things I have planned for in the future. I will ask my artist-friend Stelios who is used to such exhibitions through his own work as an artist plus another professional photographer that I know for feedback and advice.
So why not? If you get a chance you should take it, right? And you can all come and check them out if you feel like it!
