A well composed wine-list, fresh sea food over the counter and a new and original way of making a restaurant into a brasserie where you can actually buy the same saucepan the chef makes your food in - the concept is new and original.
We had a three course dinner and started off with some delicious Fines de Claire and cocktails called The Legend and The Blonde. In other words: A perfect match.
The choice of starters is carefully picked and ranges from well chosen charcuterie from the best houses in Europe to warm dishes, without forgetting the delicious oyster compositions. Main courses are deliciously prepared with tasty sauces and you will be sure to find a perfectly matching wine in the impressive list of suggestions. For desert, you can enjoy a good platter of cheese or let yourself be tempted by a chocolate creation cooked in the oven.
All in all, a warm and dynamic atmosphere with lovely food with a french touch. A perfect way to start your night out!
