Gino

Say hello to my italian lover Gino. He is wonderful, sexy, delicious and makes everyone fall in love. I guess it is just something he has. The "it" thing. Yes I know, I already have a man but how can you resist something as smooth, beautiful, colourful and tasty like him? This truly is an italian stud. With a big S. And it is passion translated into a dessert. With icy, cold ice cream. And coconut. And white chocolate with vanilla hints that get the perfect tan in the oven. And heating the mix of fruit to a perfect blend of sweet and lovely aroma. It is a v e r y sexy ending to a dinner. That M and I shared with this lovely woman and her husband.

(Just slice some fresh fruit: mango, orange, strawberries, kiwi fruit, banana or whatever you feel like in a buttery baking tray. Sprinkle some coconut on top of the fruit. Carve 200g of really nice swiss white chocolate into flakes and add as topping. Preheat the oven to around 200 degrees. Put the tray in the oven and leave until it gets a beautiful light brown colour on the top and the juices from the fruit melts together in symphony. Serve with vanilla ice cream and lovely company. Voilà!)

  4. Actually - the Gino is....SWEDISH! Yes! From the now legendary and classic PA&Co. Even so, it's not the less delicious!

  6. Jenny: Bra tips!

Gonza: Yes, I've heard that too! But it sounds so much more exiting with a italian lover then a swedish, don't you think?

  7. Hehe, agree, although my beloved hubby&lover is a gorgeous Swede!
Actually, I met the man behind the Gino last week, at a lunch for the launch of a new and very innovative cook book celebrating the 25th anniversary of PA&Co. And in the goodie bag we got were ingredients and recipe for a smashing Gino. Delish!!!
