There are two very important ingredients when you make scrambled egg a la Stina. Patience and love. It takes a little bit of time and requires your 100 percent presence.
Put a big piece of butter in a pot, crack two eggs for one person and stir, stir, stir, stir and stir on a low temperature. Never dare to stop stirring! Add some black pepper and salt but still, don't stop stirring. Just before the eggs get a hard texture, take them away from the stove and stir the last part in the pot but in the air. Immediately serve on a plate when the texture is still a little loose. It will get harder on the plate.
So. Done. Serve with a good morning mood and a tasty cup of coffee.
