Meringue

Too often this week have I had this speciality with real meringue from this little hilltop called Gruyères where the world famous cheese with the same name comes from.
This tasty little sweet treat is the easiest ever. Just add the meringue, put some double cream on the top and add some fresh raspberries. Voilà!

    1. I just got back to Sweden now but coming back to Swizterland in April for 2 weeks and in may for 4 weeks.
