Meet Linnea

So now when in Stockholm, let's continue presenting some of my friends.
This gorgeous woman is Linnea, one of my oldest and dearest friends. There's not much in my life she doesn't know and she's also the becoming Godmother of our son.
Linnea is a social worker and strives for women's rights. She's down to earth, intelligent, intellectual and quick in her mouth and with a sense of humour few men can argue with. She is married to a Chinese stylist/chief and gave birth to a stunning little daughter at the beginning of summer. Their little daughter is obviously very precious to me and if I don't get one myself next time, at least I have their Olivia to give all the cute girl things to, along with some other daughters.
I love Linnea very deeply,  although we are extremely different. So different that we once had to take a break from each other for six months, but we both grew during that period and now we're like sisters and have accepted our differences.
I'm so thankful to have her in my life and it's so cosy every time we meet. She's coming to Zurich in February and I can't wait until she and Olivia arrive so that I can show them our new city!

  4. The difference between friends is a great "plus" to communicate of all subjects mainly when the girl is intellectual. The importance is to respect each other with different opinions which enriched us.
So dear Stina are thinking of a new baby ????? It looks like when talking of her daughter...

    1. Absolutely, you need to be able to talk about everything, fun and deep, the society itself and all other subjects in life.

  6. Sorry, but there are so many spelling and grammatical errors in your blog these days, that it's painful to read. I know you strive to be so correct... maybe you should invest in an international keyboard and software and use spell check?

    1. Hi.

I totally understand due to the fact that I feel the same when someone doesn't spell correctly in my mother language, Swedish. But I've never stated that my English would be perfect and you have to understand the circumstances when writing a post. Most of the time I have Alexis running around me, frustrated of me spending time infront of the computer and often I just write, read through very quickly and unfocused and then I publish. After maybe one or two days I find the time to really sit down and correct and then I try to do so. I hope most readers appriciate a post, even with some spelling misstakes, then no post at all for many days.

If you expect a blog with perfect English, you are totally at the wrong place. I would love to be perfect, but I'm very aware of my unperfect English.

But for every month, I do better in the writing and hopefully one day, it will be more or less, non existing.
      Best regards,
      stina

  8. Måste erkänna att jag höjde på ögonbrynet när jag läste att Linnea är socialist. Trodde att du var en sån person son aldrig skulle umgås med "vänstermänniskor"...Men men, det är bra att få sina fördomar krossade emellanåt. ;)
