Breakfast habits

This with breakfast habits is so fun and fascinating! I love to find out more about what people eat in the mornings, so please feel free to share with you here and tell me what you like to indulge and if it's a cultural habit of your country/city/family.
This is another, maybe weird for some, combination which I love and have to have when in Sweden. Lönneberga skinka (ham), lightly smoked with a crispy sweet flavoured paprika cut like this, preferably red or yellow. Some salty butter underneath and a lovely bread. What more can one ask for?

  5. Yes, that's lunch to me, I like my porridge the way Curator does, it keeps me fell all morning, I tried to change things by switching to full fat Greek yoghurt as more protein is always being pushed down our throats these days, but even with full fat I am starving 50 minutes later.

  8. Hej Stina! :-)

  9. Turkish youghurt with honey, berries and granola or knäkkebröd with avocado and turkey or salmon, yum! And always a cup of tea before breakfast, and a cup of coffee after. Breakfast is really the best meal of the day if you ask me, and I love the ones that goes one for hours, shifting in to a brunch, then lunch and just drinking pot after pot with tea, and especially my favorite; Söderblanding!

  10. Greek youghurt with fresh berries and mixed, roasted nuts.
Or bread from Gateau (Grand blanc is my favourite) with Västerbotten cheese and cucumber. And a large cup of Roibos tea to go with that.

  12. I am from Germany.

I usually eat bread with butter, salami, cheese or sausage on weekdays. And I have my breakfast at work. on weekends I always have a roll or a toasty with scrambled eggs and bacon and marmalade.

I would like to have cereals with fresh fruits more often on weekdays, but they need more time to eat which means less time to work...

  14. I've recently started to drink a cup of japanese green matcha tea with my breakfast which normally consists of a slice of rye fruit toast and a couple of different fruits chopped and mixed up in a separate bowl. This combination keeps me full until around 11.00.
