Deliciously filled paprika

Well, my faithful followers can hardly have missed the fact that I love to cook and love to eat. It's one of the absolute highest pleasures in life and I appreciate the fact that every evening is a new opportunity to create something that will make your take taste buds to cloud number nine. When Linnea and her daughter came, I cooked this tasty dish that we normally eat in the South of France during summer. It demands some time and planning, but "ohh" is it worth it! I love this delightful composition of so many different smells and flavours. I will communicate the recipe in an update as soon as I have some more time! Stay tuned!
