Florence - Cibréo

Before we travel somewhere, we always take a deep look into the restaurants, as I've mentioned before. Just not to be disappointed and ending up at some touristic, horrible place where the food says nothing in your mouth. We're always open for suggestions during our stay, but It's good to have made some research when half of the joy for us, is thorugh finding memorable places around the world to eat and drink.
We had heard about this three star Michelin gourmet restaurant, Enoteca Pinchiorri, and went there, but the feeling was not at all the one we're looking for. So the one to be recommended for being superb, is by far the place that we got through a friends parents, who are well known traveller and appreciators of food - Cibréo, where the chief is no less then Fabio Picchi who was there to welcome the guests. And it was fantastic! No manu, you had a personal food explainer coming to your table, explaining the menu bit by bit and it was dove, wild boar, meat, fish - all made in a spectacular way, very creative, with excellent beverage and a impressive wine sommelier. We eat, analysed the tastes and was very stunned by the compositions, some never tasted before. Like this marvellous pig on the ninth photography, served with a fruit tartar. You have to be ready for something different and unique when coming here, else you will find it too much.
They have a cafe also, so don't mistake the cafe for the restaurant, they are located in two different places!

    1. Don't exaggerate now, this is not any picture if the old lady, it's merely a glimpse and nobody would recognize her.

    3. I would love to speak and write in perfect English, unfortunately I can only do my best. And my time is precious, I have absolutely no left time what so ever to start English classes with a toddler and a new one on it's way.

      Best,

  4. Hei!
    Klem Bente

  5. Hi Stina,

Your pictures are really fantastic and I truly envy you all these great food experiences. Not to mention your nice figure - I need to train much and eat little to stay in shape and you seem to be enjoying food a lot...

Anyway, congratulations on the coat, but I am a bit surprised with the black and white one. It's nice, but isn't it hard to match it with the rest of your outfit...?
    All the best,
    Marta

    1. Hi Marta!

I do eat a lot and try to do as much walking as I can and have energy for. For me, the more regularly I eat, the better my body is burning it, the metabolism needs energy to get rid of energy.

The Black and White SF works to most things I would say and gives an outfit that little bit of extra in my opinion!

Si, si, no problem, signora :)

    So, don't worry, Stina

    1. Helen: Thank you dearly. I don't worry about those, it always says so much more about them, then about me. The Italians I took pictures of, just as you were mentioning, were all happy and flattered!
