Tuesday activity

Yesterday I gathered some of my friends here with their children and baked cup cakes, which I haven't done in a long time. It was surely a nice afternoon and a true pleasure seeing the toddlers having their own mini cup cakes at their own little table. But my God were we all tired afterwards. The energy and the volume level was, to put it in mild words, high. Such a lovely and fulfilling, but quite tiring Tuesday.

Today I'm waiting impatiently for a dress to arrive that has been stuck in all ways possible in different post systems since the 10th of May. I really, really hope it will arrive with DHL express today so one of the dresses for tomorrow's trip will be as perfect as I've visualised it. I actually can't wait for this weekend!

UPDATE - it's here!!!

  3. Lovely, lovely, lovely!

And I love your sense of humor and "lyhördhet" to the readers... someone asked for "messy" pictures and look what you added. Even though you're not so keen on those pictures yourself. A truly great blogger!

I also love the look in the kids eyes, when they look at the cakes. Very true that also the young ones "eat with their eyes" so it is defenitely worth it to put attention to the details.

Is that your Grandmother on your mothers side? I just think she has the same features, reminding of yours?

  9. No it's not, unfortunately. It's the first woman flying an airplane and I love how gracefully she is looking. I bought it a couple of years back and it's been following me ever since! I think she stands for the female power!
