Why?

We're back in Zürich, but all I can ask myself is: why did we come back here when there's a paradise in South of France waiting for us? With a big garden for Alexis to play, run around and explore, where I can walk with my big belly and a bikini like this all day long, where M's mother cooks delicious food for us every evening, where there's so many cute villages around to visit and attend the markets, where Tiger can chase the cats and be free as he should be, where you bathe in the big pool whenever you feel too warm, where you sleep better than ever thanks to the total lack of sound and the noticable presence of darkness from the nature ...
Well, we'll be back very soon and then my family will also come to stay for some time. Very much looking forward to that.

  1. .....because your man must work, maybe, to earn all the money for all this paradies - life....

    1. But Stina and Alexis don't have to work so what is the point in your statement?

    2. Anonymous 1: Ha, ha, ha ... Sometimes I'm so surprised on how serious some readers take me. The questions is not "why do we need to go back" in a serious way. Of course I'm aware of that my man needs to work. I'm not intellectually retarded, it was a hypothetical question, if you understand the difference.

Anonymous 2: Exactly my point! Thank you.

    1. Exactly! And for the moment Zürich is offering lovely weather so I shouldn't complain, in the end I love to change environments often so this fits me perfectly!

  3. This paradise dear Stina is true in spring and summer dont forget that winter is very long there nothing to do (even temperature more sweet), when we have done all all around the villages so nice and cute... and also all the markets... (I found my best bikinis or tops on markets!) of course not in such a good quality but we do not mind no ?
But why not more more often.
Your bikini is so nice even with your "belly".

    1. Yes Uta, I know! I probably would get bored to death living there all year through, but during summer it's marvellous!

  5. Hola,

Because there is more work possibilities in Zürich? Remeber that places like your "paradise" are always wonderful when you are there for a while...then it tends to get boooooring ;-).

    1. Yeah, totally agree.Southern France, especially on the Spanish side, does not have the exciting pulse and international feeling of Zurich. It is a choice of life. And winters can be depressing if there were not the SUNSHINE of course!Cath

  6. why don't you put on some panties to your son? It's very rude, I also saw in previous pics, he's naked. He's a human being and he needs to be dressed as well. Can you be happy and feel okay hanging around like that without your underwear? no! So he can't either .children have rights too!

    1. Do you have kids? I don't think so, because if you had some you would know that toddlers LOVE to run around naked. So why should toddlers be forced to wear clothes if they could run around naked and feel free IN THE GARDEN from their family? THAT IS A RIGHT OF CHILDREN!!!!

    2. nr 1 anonymous: Ohhh believe me, if I could, I would run around naked also! But my but is not as cute as Alexis and children have the right to be without diapers and clothes whenever the weather allows. To horrify you even more I can let you know that Alexis is more or less naked at home in Zürich also! And by the time he was 1 year and 9 month he went to the potty for the needs he had, probably as a result of being without a horrible diaper all the time.

Do you think it's comfortable to walk around all day long with a humid and warm diaper on you? Try it, it is disgusting and nothing I want my children to do more then necessary.

      Best,
      stina

  7. yes you are right, children have rights as human beings. BUT the little ones totaly enjoy being without diaper and if you look closer A is wearing a shirt for sunprotection and shoes with socks. In this case Alexis right to enjoy the wheater and feeling free is more important than what people like you could think.
think before you speak\ or write
    best regards,

  10. Hi Stina! Where do the bikini and the hat come from? Nice picture!

    1. See the answer above for the bikini, the hat I bought at Jelmoil in Zürich and I think it is Eres who made it, the hat is left in South of France so I don't have it in front of me.

  11. Ah South of France ! I thought you were taking about Provence.....
Of course if it is Cannes, Nice, etc I also would like to live there!
