Market shopping

So when my craving for some feeling of more city life happen to be to big yesterday, I convinced my mother in law to try not to pay attention to the extreme heat around for the moment and drive the 20 minutes to a market I normally like.
After ten minutes among all people and market stands, I almost fainted, but in the end we managed to get the olives, fruits, sausages and the things we wanted anyway. Like these wonderful baskets in these uplifting colours. I tried to get the same ones I bought last time, with this sort of "misssoni" pattern, but as on all markets, you have to search a lot and sometimes you'll find exactly what you want and sometimes you find something else. So I found these instead and also ended up finding small beach wallets for a matchy-matchy look. Which one is your favourite?

PS: sorry for beeing ''absent'' for a certain time Stina...I had so much to take care of my boy's baptism! :-)
It was such a beautiful & spiritual day, full of emotions, close family and friends seeing all together again, and having a wonderful party afterwards with them!

    Warm regards,

  7. I love them all! If I had to decide, I would go for the orange / blue match. Or the corail? Difficult! Yes it´s so true what you describe: if I see something outstanding on a market, I buy it - the chance to see it again somewhere else is 1:1.000.000.0000.... ; ) greets, Julia

    1. Åsa: We just talk, talk and talk. My parents and sister and me when I have Alexis alone - in Swedish. M's parents - in french and also M when he has Alexis alone. And when we're all together - English!

It comes very natural and he understands us all perfectly, no matter which language one uses!

      Best,

    2. Multi languages are the best thing you can do for your child. At this early age you can't ask to much of. My son (27 months) isusing 3 different languages.

By the way, because you've been so busy with entertaining quests, how do you plan the menu? I quess you'll just buy whatever is on season at the market? Can you give us some helpful tips and recipes for easy and delicious meals? :)
Deciding what to cook after work, for me and my husband, is always a bit of a problem for me..
