First day of autumn

I laid half of the day in two severe migraine attacks yesterday from morning to afternoon. It's so unfair to have them coming like this when all I want is to snuggle and be happy with M and the children. Luckily Alexis was out playing with his father almost all day long and Leon, as the so far "super kind" little baby he is, was just happy if he had skin contact to me, sick or not. At 4pm I started to feel alive again, though with pain left, but some fresh air is always helpful when you've been in migraine-coma, so we decided to take a walk in the rewarding country side atmosphere. I took the opportunity to wear one of this falls new item, this leopard pattern coat I got from HERE. I added my leather pants (how I've missed squeezing myself into them!) and a pair of low heel boots.
Of course we should not sing Hallelluulljjaaa when the temperatures goes down here up north, people hate that true reality and summer is always too short, no matter when it ends. But autumn is somewhat my favorite season. I'm amazed by the colours in the trees, the crisp and fresh air and to be able to wear a beautiful coat, matched with good looking boots and some trousers, preferable leather like here. It's something so easy going with coats and to my man's despair, I can never seem to get too many. That must, with my bags and shoes, absolutely be my most expensive and most treasurable collection.

(coat: Malene Birger here)

  1. Stina, there must have gone something wrong with the Malene Birger links. Its leading to a real estate website. You are looking fab, though! Hope you will not be haunted by migraine again and you are able to enjoy the precious first moments as a family of four.

    Best wishes from Germany

  5. Dear lovely Stina,

you look amazing! It is so nice to see you in your beautiful pictures with this awesome nature from Sweden. I want to thank you, that you share all that with us, and it makes me happy to read new posts from you.
I think I don't have to tell you how cute your children are- here in Turkey they put that "blue eye" on their children, which they imagine will save them from the evil eye... I might send you some for your whole family :-)

I also love the autumn a lot, but here we really don't have this beautiful season that much. Maybe End of October, beginning of November I'll get this feeling a bit.

Again big thank you for posting something nearly every day and sharing all this with us. It became an addiction to check your blog Daily ;-)

    take care pretty woman

    love and light

    1. Uta,

Thank you Dear! Knowing that I have readers appreciating the same things, makes it even more fun to share!

You have no idea how much I've been longing for the day when I could kip pregnancy pants and trousers and just wear my normal things and feel all normal again. I will indulge this autumn to the fullest!

      Big hugs,

  7. Autumn is my favorite season too :) You look beautiful. I'm thinking of buying my first pair of leather skinny pants, are they comfortable (I'm thinking Helmut Lang)? Happy to hear you're getting some moments of somewhat less intensity of the migraines, hope they disappear completely.

    1. Helmut Lang where my first leather pants, but almost too skinny in the legs for me since I end to be a little curvy on my butt and upper part of the legs. Those are more meant for model skinny legs at the time.

But just try them on and buy them a little bit tight but not so they crack when you sit or feel uncomfortable, they will become your best friend, stretch according to your body and grow so comfy and just perfectly chic and dressed without needing to care too much.

      Good Luck!

  9. Always have to think of "Ross, in Friends" when someone wears a leather pant. How he dates a nice girl and sweats a lot and couldn´t get out of his pants;)
I bought a leather skirt and wore it the last cold days!
Uta is right, feels kind of weird to have you back without the belly in stylish clothes;)Don´t get me wrong, i love both Stinas: the pregnant and the mum of two now;)
    Hugs,
    Lena

    1. Ha, ha ha I can imagine.

A leather skirt, I still have one in black and wore it last year with my Acne boots and a turtle neck in cashmere.

I'm surprised also to be back and feel fine in my body so early, but very grateful of course. I just wish the bloody migraine would leave and never come back!

      Best,
      stina
