I wrote this, I thought a share with you something else unpredictable.
Every evening I drink a bottle of beer. Most times alcohol free but not always, and certainly not in the weekends. From time to time I need the help and the satisfaction of what only this substance can do and then I have something stronger. But beer contains so many natural good things for the body, like a lot of B-vitamin (good for your hair, nails, skin cells etc), minerals, yeast to just mention a few. I drink it because I started to like beer when I was expecting Alexis and there was not many fun alcohol free alternatives to choose from. I think it's refreshing and has just as much variety as wine if you are a connoisseur and have an interest to dig deeper then what the supermarket offer, plus it's healthy in a normal, intake amount every day and truly I prefer it anytime instead of just drinking water to all meals.
