Finally reunited!

These small little love birds, how happy they were to finally be together again. Seldom have we seen two small little toddlers play so peacefully together, share the sweets and toys without any jealousy and just kissing and hugging each other all day through. It's incredible and they must have had a relationship a life before this since it been like this from  the first time they meet.
We had such a lovely dinner yesterday and enjoyed the best of food and wine.
Thank you Dear company!

    1. That's a mean comment. I do not think Stina has replaced her time to parenting with an iPad. Honestly - do you really think Stina normally just "park" her son by an iPad (because thats what your comment insinuates)? I myself have no children, but I can imagine that children like to play with an iPad and find it fun and stimulating - then why take that possibility of learing away from them? I don't think you need to worry about that Alexis don't get chances to discover the world together WITH his parents too ... And to mention class in this context is just weird. Of course I understand your connection - but the question about how to act or not act in ways that may seem "underclass" is surely the wrong way to look at it.

And if you find it hard to read this text: sorry for bad english - swedish is my native language.

      För övrigt: Ljuvligt söta ungar!

    2. Yikes - using the word "underclass" speaks volumes of the person who said it. This may be a very sensitive subject for you.

    3. Thank you all for interesting comments!

I do think that iPad, Toca Boca on Iphones can be amazingly good for the children, they learn the fine capability of their fingers and hands, plus the brain is working actively in many ways that stimulates them in many developing stages. But like with all things, you need to do it in a controlled way and with programs and games that you chose and have heard/read good things about. There's a lot of empirical and evidence researches on children with computers and modern technology like this. You as a parent has a great responsibility though to control it though and lead them in to the beneficial things.

I also think it can be very nice and relaxing for children, even when two and half year to watch some nice and cosy films with their friends and parents from time to time. Just as it is very nice and important for them to play in the forest and nature. A mix is what we prefer!

      Best,
      stina

Well anonymous live in your time! Life has changed....
May be you are from an old generation?
Nanny's are welcomed of course as well as computer nowadays, this is the future if you ugnore it and if parents to have some quiet moments together with friends it's the samethiing that when we were young and parents gave us paper and colour pens to design to have some quiet moments together? No?
