Pilates day

Yesterday, on my man's birthday actually (love you), we took the first photos when I trained Pilates with my wonderful personal instructor and we took photos of many of the exercise movement. I hope you're as eager to see them as I'm to show them. I already love what this type of lifestyle has done to my mind, body and happiness.

  3. wow,,,i saw a picture of your sis? I think she is on a picture on this page with brown hair? damn what nice skin she got!!!!! u got the same but i guess its genetic? wow..when i see people with that good skin i can grab them in town and say hey what a nice skin :p i love a nice skin even on others :)

    And completely unrelated; I must've missed it but I work in a baby store here in Denmark and I was putting some Stokke catalogs in order and I flipped through it and saw you! and I was like 'OH it's Stina'. Really nice photos! Made me smile :)

  5. Hej, jaaaa visa gärna bilder. Jag funderar på att börja med Pilates som komplement till min styrketräning. Det behövs tror jag eftersom styrketräning gör en väldigt stel i kroppen. Looking forward. /helen

    1. Exactly, I was also quite stiff in my body and that's not very pretty nor a nice feeling. This works to do the exact opposite!

  8. These beautiful pictures of both of you give me eny to begin slso, but I have problems of 'lombaires" and it looks quite hard.

  9. Dear Stina, thank you for a lovely blog! If you are interested in pilates, you should definitley try pilates megaformer classes. (The megaformer is like a pliates reformer machine on steroids : )). I do it several times a week and it gives the most wonderful results. There is a studio on Kommendörsgatan, the gym is called becore (www.becore.se), you can book individual classes and don't have to sign up for more than one class at a time. Highly recommended and very challenging! Hugs Sandra
