Finally here

So finally we arrived in our wonderful family house in South of France and it all started well with beautiful weather and mind blowing surrounding. But day two, there was a horrible, low pressure storm that swept over the region and I could almost feel in my body that it would impact my migraine and poof, a huge, very long and hard migraine attack started. I went to bed at lunch time and got up at 8pm. Just ready for some food little Leon started to vomit and today he has both fever and a stomach bug. The problem being that I'm leaving for a shortcut to Paris early morning tomorrow and then a weekend in Geneva. Hate leaving my children when they are not well, but what to do?

As you can see, I've started the Pilates program they offered me for vacation stays at Stockholm Pilates Center. I use a towel and work with stretching and muscles with it. Very smart and simple. Hopefully I can keep or better of, progress with my body during this stay. At the moment it feels impossible, but soon everything will b back on track and I'm focusing on that.

    1. What's the point with a comment like that? "You really are too much muscle"..... It's unnecessary to say something like that. I think Stina looks healthy and that's what's important.

  4. Hello - You are now in my "FRIEND" feed. Are you pressed for time in Paris, if not we could meet ? I could even give you a Pilates class as I am a certified instructor. I am older than you so can give you those extra years of experience !!! In my exprience Pilates is the way to go, we all have muscles and the choice is to let them be toned or let them sag. Our choice, it's easy.

    1. Do you think she is even close to be muscular like a man? She is just toned, doesn't even have any muscles! Some women should not open their mouth about body-building - so ignorant they are....

    1. Well so far I've only done it two times since my nanny, Leon and Alexis all got stomach sick ... But the intention is there. Hope they all get better. The nanny is leaving in a week and then I will have them both again by myself.

  12. I also hope you don't mind me sharing my giggle. At first glance I thought the yoga photo was you trying to put on some pants that didn't fit and then when I realised it was yoga I laughed at my mistake!
