Warm in the rain

The weather really can't make up its mind it seems, switching from warm to cold, rain to sunshine. I woke up feeling so so, but went to work at our bigger department at Akademiklinken, the plastic surgery place today and worked mostly with breast enhancement before and after and liposuctions. So fascinating and interesting, I have to say my job never gets dull.

Apart from that, I'm taking the advantage as much as I can to wear all things vests/lighter furs etc etc before the unforgettable cold winter knocks on the door. Even though my hair is all messed up on these pictures and I look tired as always nowadays, I loved this grey combo with the Isabel Marant wedges!

    1. I'm a specialist nurse in medical aesthetics! I took one year of pure Medicine but realized I would have less contact with the patients and honestly, my life was between medicine or fashion. Wanted to work with both of it and this seemed as the best solution. I never thought though when I started my career that I would do what i immediately ended up doing by working with my patients in this field.

My medical aesthetic education is from Sweden and abroad and I have my own patients and had a specialization before I went on maternity leave, in facial sculpturing. In Sweden and England the nurses gets a higher education which means they can work with many things that in other European con tires ónly is allowed by physicians.

    2. Female doctor? Very odd expression. If you're a physician you're a physician no matter what sex you are and so are nurses. Personally I have never been referred to as a female doctor and I would certainly not appreciate being defined by my sex in my profession, and I know my ex who is a male cardiothorasic nurse wouldn't either. Nurses in Sweden are highly skilled with years of education, lots of responsibilities and working in accordance with the same laws of practise as physicians so they should definitely get a lot more respect than being "just a nurse" if compared with other occupations in health care.

And Stina, your fur is just divine with those leather trousers. It looks so plush and the colour is to die for, where is it from?

      Kind regards, Celia

  3. I love that style, the shoes make you more "girly" and it's not often that I think you dress in a girly way... It really suits you =)

    1. Completely agree! Without the shoes it would look a little too classic, it needs a little twist to be interesting!

  4. I like this look-I am curious as to what you do for work. As in your responsibilities, I am not curious about your education-that is a little rude if you are a physician than I know what your education is. Also what time is sunset and sunrise now?

  6. Very attractive. The fur makes the outfit. Edgie, sophisticated and very fem all at the same time.

Your work sounds very interesting. Are you working in a hospital or can all this work be done outside the hospital? Working as part of a medical team and using all your expertise must be very rewarding.. Susan

Please help! Kram

  10. My dear Stina,
I think that nothing ca be done with the new installation of IOS8 which has changed all things and particularly is not compatible with yours.
I spent almost 5 hours with them becaus as you can imagine. I am very very very sad of that. It will be may arranged in few weeks... may be.... If they can. There are thousand of persons bored with this new renewal of the system.
So I write you from PC at home and I tell you that you have a very passionate job, that your beautiful fur gilet (fox?) suits you very well and I would like to be in Sweden to make some "arrangements" to my face.... Botox, acide, peeling.. Of course we have all that herre but with you should be really pleasant.

  13. Love this outfit!
your outfits are not always my style. for me you make too many brand statements...
but it is so much fun to follow you, your life, your feelings. please keep on doing!
I have 4 small kiddos, my own company and a husband working a lot. And as a woman i love to dress chic and stylish.I do not have the budget as you have. Nevertheless I feel good and love my style. A lot of mummies forget, that they are women.
So please no outfit excuses because of a baby on the hips....;-)) (fashion week-you could have done better!!)
You are my absolut best example for a stylish mum...so please keep on doing...also with the kids!!!!
Big hugs and you have all of my love!!!!
