Brownie

Half dead half alive the small boys and me celebrated Christmas today with my God daughter even though I was in migraine most of the night and morning. This migraine, I hate it so much.
My man finally came home from Geneva this afternoon (I ave him the kids directly and went straight to bed for some hours) so from now on I'm looking forward to Christmas, having my parents in law flying in and hosting Christmas for everyone this year again.

Hope you all feel good!

  1. Du är SÅ fin i denna hårfärgen... Även om du fortfarande ändå känns blond, fast mörkblond :)

  2. Understand migrane is horrible, but think you cope so well and amazing you still engage in social activities and are by yourself so much with the kids! You really try hard!

  3. Just friendly advice from my experience- my daughter had migraines and we made two changes that have stopped them.
    - eliminate most additives, preservatives, colours and flavours from our food (we have a list we avoid)
    - supplements on CoQ10 and liquid magnesium drops.
I know everyone who gets migraine has them from different causes, but just thought it his may help.
    Sympathy for your pain.

  4. Stina this migraine, it's terrible. I think perhaps you mentioned before that you are taking a big dose of magnesium, has this helped you? It is the one thing that gives me a pain-free head, even if I indulge in triggers like staying up late or too many drinks at a party. I take 250 mg at bedtime and then another 250 mg when I wake up in the middle of the night, sometime between 1 and 3 am. It can be hard on the digestive system but I found I became used to it. To be free some weeks from migraine would be a game-changer for you, I wish that could be so.
Merry Christmas and I hope your visits are wonderful and migraine-free. XO

    1. No I don't see any long term improvements really. Or it's hard to say. Maybe I should take it also in the middle of the night, that I have never tried! Thank you!
