Dress

// HIPPIE //

Today was one of these really good days. I started it in the very cold morning, dropping the children off and went to the soul healing forest and went in one of the tracks. For me it's just so empowering what the nature can do. I don't use my phone, i try to affirmate positive vibes while using my physical body to have it in a god shape. I try to do it at least two times per week which honestly, often doesn't happen.

After I had soooo many errands to do and after a meeting I got home really late with easy food heated by my man enjoyed with the children. I felt strong and in good health which always help! Hope you had a great day!

  1. I love your dress Stina, where is it from?
    And I totally agree, It's truly the best to connect with nature to find back to inner peace and just recover.

  2. I believe that if we don't have a good relationship with nature we compromise our relationships with our partner, children and friends. It's just so grounding and restorative, it's like connecting back to the true self.
    So happy you had such a lovely day and in strong health too. XO

    1. Exactly like that, we become better and distance ourselves from the materialistic world of musts and needs!

  6. I don't get time to visit your blog often, but I always love it when I do. I love your attitude to life - passion, optimism, love of beautiful things, family, connecting to nature, spirituality....but you are not afraid to discuss the challenges that we all share - that make us human. I am very sad to hear that your migraines have been getting worse. I have never suffered but have a friend that does...so horrific. My heart goes out to you. I can only hope they find a cure one day. I really wish you the best with the new medication. I also hope whatever other changes you make in your life help improve the balance for you. I can tell your man works very hard....my husband is the same. I am the "nurturer" so I keep everything else running - making sure he has a warm house to come home to....while also working a full time career for one of the world's biggest technology companies. We don't even have kids yet...so I admire you completely in how you manage the house, kids and your impressive career. It must be very very hard. You do an amazing job of it but I hope you can find ways to make it easier. Will read with interest how you manage this next phase of your journey. Best wishes from Australia xx
